Get ready to turn up the fun in our awesome garden lodges, big enough to host up to 15 of your favourite faces. Whether you’re throwing a bash or planning a shindig, we’ve got you covered with a bunch of food and drink packages to keep the good times rolling.
Each lodge is decked out with all the essentials for an epic party: plasma screens for your own private use, cosy fireplaces for when the famous British weather takes a turn, Bluetooth speakers for blasting tunes, and USB plugs to keep your phones juiced up for those all-important party selfies.

Ready to set sail for the ultimate party experience? Our Boat Shed Bar, perched right by the Grand Union Canal, is your go-to spot for all things fun and fabulous. With space for up to 100 of your favourite party animals, its very own private bar, and access to our stunning decking area, The Boat Shed is THE ultimate party palace in North London.

Are we allowed to decorate the space?
Yes, please do. We love to see your creative ideas come to life in our space! We only ask that no blu-tac or tape is used as it can damage the walls, and that no confetti is used.
Can we play our own music?
You certainly can. If hiring out one of our garden lodges, you’ll have use of bluetooth speakers to blast the tunes. If booking any other available spaces, we host ‘Junction Jukebox’ every Friday night, where you can request songs for the entire pub to enjoy.
Do you have parking?
Absolutely, we have our own private car park on-site which you’re welcome to use, with overflow on-street parking just outside.
